  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruits: Start by washing all your fruits thoroughly. Dice the apple, hull and slice the strawberries, and cut the grapes in half if desired.
  2. Mix it up: In a large bowl, gently toss your chopped apples, blueberries, grapes, strawberries, and pineapple together.
  3. Add the zing: Drizzle in the lemon juice and mix gently to distribute.
  4. Combine the creamy base: In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently fold it in.
  6. Sweet extra: Toss in marshmallows if using.
  7. Chill time: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy: Stir gently before serving!
