Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding base by combining the instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk in a medium bowl. Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Slice the ripe bananas into thin rounds, about a quarter-inch thick.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract into the thickened pudding mix gently.
  4. Layer the crushed Biscoff cookies, pudding mixture, and banana slices in a trifle dish or individual cups.
  5. Garnish the top with reserved Biscoff cookie crumbs, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours.
