Delicious Cottage Cheese Wraps

Creamy and flavorful cottage cheese wraps that are easy to make and perfect for any meal.

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cream Cheese, for spreading
  • Crispy Bacon, crumbled
  • Fresh Tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping tomatoes and cooking bacon until crispy.
  2. Make the wrap batter by combining cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil or butter.
  4. Pour half a cup of batter into the skillet, spreading it gently.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until firm, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Fill wraps with cream cheese, bacon, and tomatoes, then fold or roll up to serve.

Notes

These wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to three days, or frozen for longer storage.
