Chocolate Raspberry Cups

Delicious and easy-to-make chocolate cups filled with fresh raspberries and silky ganache, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate by microwaving the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Prepare the cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  3. Create chocolate shells by spooning melted chocolate into each liner, then refrigerate until firm, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Make the ganache by heating cream, then whisking it with melted chocolate, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Add fresh raspberries into the chocolate shells, then pour ganache on top.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to solidify.
  7. Enjoy by gently peeling away the liners and serving your Chocolate Raspberry Cups.

Notes

For variations, consider adding almond butter, mint extract, or crushed nuts. Chocolate may crack if too warm; add coconut oil to avoid this.
