- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- Green buttercream frosting
- Chocolate chips (optional for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers remain gooey.
- Cool the cookies on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Frost using green buttercream frosting with a piping bag or spatula.
- Add chocolate chips on top of the frosted cookies for decoration, if desired.
