Super Easy Peach Cobbler

A delightful peach cobbler recipe that captures the essence of summer with tender peaches and a crisp topping.

  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the peaches by slicing and mixing them with ½ cup of sugar.
  3. Make the cobbler batter by combining the flour, baking powder, salt, and the rest of the sugar.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together.
  5. Layer the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Add the peach mixture on top of the batter without stirring.
  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes and serve warm, preferably with vanilla ice cream.
